About us
Experience Ayiti (XA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to empowering Haitians through cross-cultural exchange, music education, and community service. Founded by four musicians of Haitian descent in 2016, we work in Haiti and with international partners to develop leadership skills, create opportunities for civic collaboration, spur community development through excellence in music education. Led by top notch teachers and artists, we bring creative and engaging workshops to local schools and other public arenas through interactive performances and lectures.

The artists that are currently a part of XA have been featured alongside Wyclef Jean, Herbie Hancock, Run DMC, Wynton Marsalis, Toni Braxton, Babyface, Mulatu Astakte as well as featured Hollywood composer Bennie Wallace, faculty of Berklee College of Music, NYU, University of Miami, and more.
OUR MISSION:
Experience Ayiti’s mission is to facilitate cultural exchange between Haiti and the World through music and education. One of the fundamental aspects of XA lies in the idea of empowerment and sustainability. XA is a “for artists by artists” endeavor. We are committed to enriching the lives of people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds by presenting a series of concerts, educational engagement and aid.
